Ethical guidelines for journal publication
These guidelines are based on the existing Elsevier policy according to Publishing Ethics Resource Kit for publishing ethics and malpractice statement, the Cambridge journals ethical standards, COPE Code of Conduct, COPE Guidelines (COPE – Committee on Publication Ethics, http://publicationethics.org/resources).
Publishing process
Reviewing Procedure
Each submitted manuscript will be reviewed by two independent reviewers (experts in the field) and the corresponding author will be informed for the results by sending IJITS_Form-3_REVIEW.pdf.

Corresponding author should submit by using e-mails rrom@tu-sofia.bg OR hinov@tu-sofia.bg an electronic version of the proposed paper as a MS Word DOCX and a completed Submission Form. Please upload and use correctly the IJITS-Template.rar and IJITS-Submission Form.rar.
Aim and Scope
IJITS is a peer reviewed journal in the field of Information Technologies and Security. The journal is published quarterly and all papers will be double blind reviewed.
About journal
IJITS is an international peer-reviewed journal published in English by Union of Scientists in Bulgaria and printed by TUS-Technology Ltd.
The journal policy is to publish articles that emphasize research, development and applications within the fields of information technologies, information security, security policy and innovation policy.
All proposed manuscripts are pre-reviewed by a member of Technical Board and sent for blind peer review.
